We begin by teaching you how to utilize your entire respiratory system which results in more energy. This creates a more consistent awareness and experience of joy and well being.
From a physical viewpoint, our breath is our connection to life. We can go without food 30 days, without water for three days but in three minutes without breath, we die. Most people think that if they breathe in and out they are healthy. The truth, however, is that unless we are breathing deeply and fully, our bodies are not getting the oxygen needed for optimal health!

Transformational Breath Sessions
Your facilitator will use proven gentle movement and sound techniques, as well as simple affirmations, to help you achieve and maintain the wave-like “ full circular breath” pattern. This activates a high frequency energy state. Low energy “blockages" are thereby eliminated.
Private Session: A one-on-one session with your facilitator that lasts 1:30 -2 hours.
Partly Private Session: A session with the person you wish to breathe with that lasts 1:30 -2 hours.
Group Session: A group session with a facilitator that lasts 2 hours.
One Day Workshop: A whole day session that includes 2 or 3 Transformational Breath sessions and self-awareness exercises.
Reclaim Your Breath: A whole weekend incl Friday night session that includes 5 Transformational Breath sessions and self-awareness exercises.
Transformational Breath Seminar : Special transformational program for 5,5 days. We affirm that this program will inspire some of the most profound and exciting experiences of your life, as it has done for so many. During the course of the Seminar, we will breathe twice a day, explore Byron Katie's work with freedom from judgments, guided meditations. We will also use and learn more about sound healing and soul communication, explore the body with meditational movement, body mapping, advanced breaths and many more exciting adventures. We will experience underwater and mirror breathing sessions in the final days of the Seminar. You will soon find your world filled with more inner peace, balance, clarity and joy.
